For better or worse 2020 brought many changes to all of us. I started off the year with such high enthusiasm. After 10 years of splitting my time between the restaurant and massage I chose my passion and moved my office out to the other side of the Grove. Three months later we turned the restaurant over to another family and officially closed that chapter in the midst of covid shutdowns. I took the time to embrace my new tiny office and fully move in. Then the water pipe exploded and soaked my studio providing the opportunity to move yet again just two doors down. Now officially in my 5th location in Grove Center this is where I plan to be until I retire. I have been blessed to have a core clientele that have stuck with me during my highs and lows and helped keep Serenity open.

It’s time solely devoted to you the client. The session can be a full body massage with special attention to the locked up chronic tight muscles, or we can just focus on that one area you have let go too long. Guided by what your body tells me it needs I can incorporate the many different modalities and techniques I have studied into a unique one of a kind experience that will help you release years of pressure and tension that has built up. During our session we can explore deeper relaxation with Guided Meditation. One session will show you how much you have needed this style of bodywork, but you can’t stop there. We tend to put off our bodies warning signs until it’s too late. Regular sessions of massage are not just good for the muscles, but they help nurture the soul as well.
70% of my clients have been with me for more than 10+ years. They understand the importance of taking care of themselves and the many benefits of regular sessions.
How often does one come to be a regular?
I have clients that come weekly. I have clients that come 2-3 times a year. Most regular clients are every 3-4 weeks and have a standing appointment time.
I have booking availability online that new clients as well as regular clients can use. It makes it handy when having to adjust a standing appointment time. However, it is much easier to schedule your next appointment before you leave.
What days of the week do you work?
I book appointments Tuesday- Saturday.
Not all time slots are available to book online. They are reserved for regular clients with standing appointments.
