Is there a life post covid? Yes. We have spent the past year home taking more time to get to know ourselves and wanting our connections to be more meaningful. We desire to nurture ourselves mind body and soul. When you cant touch someone or hug someone you don't realize you miss it until its no longer an option. Its time to start reconnecting with the world. Serenity is once again booking appointments Tuesday- Saturday's and I have resumed our classes and retreat weekends.

Amanda offers a therapeutic massage experience like no other. She is a strong advocate of the benefits of somatic therapy which integrates the mental, emotional and physical aspects of the body through massage therapy and energy work. Amanda’s specialty is Medical/Therapeutic massage and she has been interested in holistic therapies for more than 30 years. Amanda is an attuned Reiki Master level 3 and has received Advanced Energy training. She received her undergraduate degree at Belmont University in Nashville TN with a major in Business Administration. She returned to school for her Somatic Therapy Certification in 2004 and opened her own practice one year later. Amanda has traveled the country earning continuing education in Eastern Massage Modalities including Ayurvedic Medicine and cultural Energy work from Peruvian Shamans under the Heart of the Healer to Healing Hands, Stone Medicine of the Lakota medicine women of Cedar Stone School.
Sessions with Amanda run 70 minutes with a limit of 4 sessions per day. Amanda’s clients tend to become regulars with set appointments and have preferred booking status. Amanda is also available to book speaking engagements on intro to Guided Meditation, Massage Therapy, or Somatic Shamanism.
It’s time solely devoted to you the client. The session can be a full body massage with special attention to the locked up chronic tight muscles, or we can just focus on that one area you have let go too long. Guided by what your body tells me it needs I can incorporate the many different modalities and techniques I have studied into a unique one of a kind experience that will help you release years of pressure and tension that has built up. During our session we can explore deeper relaxation with Guided Meditation. One session will show you how much you have needed this style of bodywork, but you can’t stop there. We tend to put off our bodies warning signs until it’s too late. Regular sessions of massage are not just good for the muscles, but they help nurture the soul as well.

How often does one come to be a regular?
I have clients that come weekly. I have clients that come 2-3 times a year. Most regular clients are every 3-4 weeks and have a standing appointment time.
I have booking availability online that new clients as well as regular clients can use. It makes it handy when having to adjust a standing appointment time. However, it is much easier to schedule your next appointment before you leave.
